MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT:
Dear Golfkakis.
I have made arrangement to play at our favorite St Andrew Golf Club at KLGGC on 30/07/2011 on Saturday.Tee off will start at 8.00am.As usual.there would be novelty.ie NTP,NTL & NTG ?.Since this would be our last event before the fasting month in August.I hope there would be good response from our golfkakis.
Tujuan President bukan mahu buat untung tapi the most important thing is comradere and to enjoy ourselves to play golf during the weekend.Since the fasting 1 month would restrict ourselves to meet regularly during weekend.I feel it is not advisable to organise such mini tournment during the fasting month.However,siapa yang berhajat nak main dalam bulan puasa,teruskan.Tapi jangan bawa nasi lemak bungkus dan air mineral botol.ha...ha...ha..We would continue to hold our mini tournment after the fasting month.Maybe in the 3rd week after hari raya.That depend on members opinion and convenience.Maklum aje banyak undangan 'open house'
But one thing is clear,we have 1 flight of previous winners from the previous tournament to be qualified as group B players.Those are Yub,Dollah,Harun.Atek,Sharul and Shah.
Anybody who is interested to play in this coming event may response to this bangdolah blog.Another alternative,i would sms inviting them to play.This time,i forsee there would be bigger crowd.
This coming saturday @ 23/07/2011,I would not be around as i would be playing at cameron highland.Our CIMB Recreasi Club would be making a treasure hunt to Cameron Highland.Anybody interested,could join me on saturday but makan & lodging kena sendiri pak.

Thank you President for the Grand Prize that I won last week. It got me to visit Singapore on Sunday and bought myself a new set of golf club, Adam Tight Lies as in the photo taken in my hotel room. If the competition is stiffer and I need to be stronger then I have also found supply of Tongkat Ali as in the photo, there are 40,000 trees available at 7 years old located in Penawar Kota Tinggi Johore on a 47 hectare site. ( Those trees are not mine hehe..). Please register yourself here..

We had an exciting outing last weekend at Cameron Highland.(23,July and 24,July).The treasure hunt,a yealy affair was organised by our Kelab Reakrasi CIMB from Padang Merbuk.KL(starting line) to Simpang Pulai,the finish line.The event was flagged off by our Kelab Rekreasi CIMB President,En Zainal Abidin at 8.00am.A total numbers of 55 cars took part and 212 staff of CIMB participated in the treasure hunt.
While the treasure hunters were busy with their hunting,another team, registered hunter made a detour and headed to Cameron Highland via Raub to Ringlet New Highway to Cameron Highland.This new route to Cameron Highland is a completed highway from Raub.After you hit Raub you travelled to Sungai Koyan.an alternative route to Kota Bahru,Kelantan.From Sg Koyan-Ringlet-Tanah Rata-Brincang-Kg Raja-Gua Musang.
We assembled at 7.30am at Petronas-Tmn Sri Gombak before the Gombak Toll with 2 cars comprising Bung Azmi,Azim,Aziz and Ghazalli.Bung Omar came in another car with his family.( All are Kundang Classic members.)Later we stopped for breakfast at Bentong R&R,where other express buses from Kota Bahru to KL stopped there for meal and breakfast.
We had 2 flights(5 balls) comprising Bung Omar,Aziz and Ghazalli.The other flight were Azmi and Azim.We tee off at around 11.00am and the sky was cloudy and chill.After completing 3 holes,suddenly there was a heavy down pour.The condition was very bad and unplayble.We played birdie and par for RM10.00 and RM5.00.At the end,Bung Omar won my taking from Bung Aziz of RM10.00 went to Omar.
The following Sunday,we played 15-5-5.Bung Aziz Ibrahim,a CIMB player gave us 4 strokes at front and back 9 to others including myself.Ha..ha..kita makan keliling la.Won RM45.00.I played bad at front 9 but automatic double up at back 9.Had lunch at the club house and took the Tapah route coming back.Coming down stopped to vege and straw berry for the family.Stopped at Ulu Bertam for tea and pesembor.Reached home at 8.00pm.
This coming KLGCC mini tournment,we have almost 6 flights and more have not confirm.I urge members to register early at 7.45am and tee off early.

Glad to note you had a wonderful time at Cameron Highland. I played Kundang Lakes Saturday and KGPA on Sunday and didn't play like a defending champion. This week I will be in Phuket until friday..hope to get some golf tips from Prayad Maksaeng!!
